EFFECTPOP

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 12, 2026

These terms describe the use of EffectPop at effectpop.com. For a question about these terms or a rights concern, contact meng@opslumo.com.

Using the tools

EffectPop provides browser-based creative tools. Features, file limits and export formats are described in each tool. Availability, decoding support and rendering speed depend on your browser, device and media.

The current release provides short video editing effects without an account or API key. AI image and video generation is not connected, and this release does not sell generation credits or a paid subscription.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your own media and exported work. Selecting a file in the browser editor does not transfer ownership of that file to EffectPop.

Use only material you own or are allowed to use. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions for people shown, music, photographs, videos, trademarks and other material in your work. Exporting a file does not grant a license to someone else’s material.

Original EffectPop example illustrations are provided to demonstrate the tools. They do not confer rights to third-party songs, celebrity images or other material outside those examples.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to violate another person’s rights, impersonate someone deceptively, harass others or make illegal content. Do not interfere with the website, bypass its limits or send abusive automated requests.

Do not click advertisements to support the website, encourage others to click them or use automated or fraudulent advertising interactions. Choose to visit an advertiser only when you are interested in its offer.

Exports and availability

Preview and export support may differ between browsers. Check the downloaded result, including its sound and format, before publishing it. Keep your own copies of source and exported files. EffectPop does not keep a server backup of media edited only in your browser.

The tools are provided as available. We do not promise support for every media format or device, uninterrupted availability, a particular number of views or a result from an editing trend. We may update features to improve or maintain the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Independent tools and third-party services

EffectPop is independent of CapCut, TikTok and other third-party platforms. References to trends or platforms explain an editing style or use case and do not imply an official partnership or an exact reproduction of a particular template.

Advertisements and external links lead to third-party services with their own terms and policies. An advertisement does not mean EffectPop endorses the advertiser’s claims. The Privacy Policy describes hosting, analytics, optional advertising and your choices.

Copyright and other rights concerns

To report material on an EffectPop page, email meng@opslumo.com with the page URL, a description of the material, the right you believe is affected and a way to contact you. Please explain whether you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

The current editors do not publish user uploads or host exported videos. If a video was published on another platform, that platform’s reporting process may be the appropriate way to address it.
