EDITING GUIDE

Trend Edit: choose the effect, then make it yours

Start with what you want to make.

A template name is a starting point, not an editing instruction. For a photo story, use Beat Sync; for a still before-and-after comparison, use Collage; for a paused video moment, use Freeze Frame. Pick the result first, then choose your pictures, timing and output.

“It’s you, me, us” and friends edits

For a shared memory story, plan portraits, a picture together and a few details. Our six-photo couple guide explains a 9:16 montage with a shared title and manual BPM. The original CapCut listing is a separate six-clip template.

For friends, choose the format: Beat Sync for a photo sequence, Collage for one image, or Who’s Most Likely To for a question with a manually chosen friend reveal.

GLOWUP: show a before and after

Use two photos that already show the change. Choose a still comparison or a repeating photo montage. The Glow-up Edit guide explains both workflows and the crop choices. EffectPop does not generate an “after” face or body.

TREND EDIT, New trend and Instagram Trending

Labels such as TREND EDIT, New trend and Instagram Trending do not uniquely describe a transition or a soundtrack. If the reference looks like photos changing to a steady rhythm, try a manual-BPM photo montage.

  1. Add 1–8 photos to Beat Sync, in the order you want to show them.
  2. Choose a 6–12 second duration and an aspect ratio. Set the BPM between 60 and 180, then adjust shake.
  3. Add a shared title and optional music you have permission to use. The tool follows the tempo you enter; it does not detect beats automatically.
  4. Export and inspect the actual video, including the music. A template’s exact cuts, overlays and soundtrack are not imported.
Open Beat Sync

The title NEW TREND 2024!! contains an older year. It is a template label, not evidence that the same edit is newly trending today.

New slow motion and HD Template: check the result you need

The New slow motion listing and HD Template listing each describe a one-clip, 9:16 template. Their names alone do not establish a retiming method or an export resolution.

A hold or a highlight

Freeze Frame pauses one chosen frame for 0.5–4 seconds within a short edit. It does not slow continuous movement or create intermediate frames.

A slow-motion video

Use an editor with speed and retiming controls. The current EffectPop tools do not offer slow-motion retiming, optical-flow interpolation or variable-speed ramps.

A higher-resolution output

Check the file dimensions you actually need. EffectPop’s current video exports are 540 pixels wide at 24 fps. A title containing “HD” does not change those specifications.

For an original frozen highlight with a graphic, see Skull Edit.

GUT GENUG HOODTRAP and Bueno!!PINYOOF

These are named references: GUT GENUG HOODTRAP and Bueno!!PINYOOF. A name alone is not enough to identify the required media, song or effects. Open the original listing if you want its exact version.

For your own rhythmic photo edit, you can use the manual Beat Sync workflow above. EffectPop does not bundle the music, load those templates or claim an official partnership with their creators.

Which file will I download?

Collage exports a still PNG. The video editors make a 6, 8, 10 or 12 second MP4 or WebM, depending on browser support: 540 × 960 for 9:16, 540 × 720 for 3:4 or 540 × 540 for 1:1, at 24 fps. Selected media is processed in your browser; no account or AI API key is needed.
