EDITING GUIDE

It’s you, me, us: a six-photo story

Your photos. A shared story.

To make an “It’s you, me, us” photo edit in EffectPop, choose six photos, add them to Beat Sync, select 9:16 and enter a BPM. Add one shared title and, if you want music, a soundtrack you have permission to use.

Plan the six pictures before you edit

A simple sequence gives each photo a purpose. These are story prompts; the editor uses one shared title rather than a separate caption for every scene.

  1. 01 · YouA portrait of the first person.
  2. 02 · MeA portrait of the second person.
  3. 03 · UsA photograph of you together.
  4. 04 · A small memoryA place, meal or object with a shared meaning.
  5. 05 · Another dayA different moment with a similar crop.
  6. 06 · The closing pictureA favourite photo that feels like an ending.

Make the photo version in EffectPop

  1. Add your six photos in story order. Use JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 12 MB each. Check the preview: photos fill the frame, so a tight portrait can lose its edges.
  2. Choose the canvas and length. Select 9:16 for a vertical edit. The available lengths are 6, 8, 10 and 12 seconds.
  3. Set the tempo yourself. Beat Sync accepts 60–180 BPM. For a simple six-photo sequence, start with 60 BPM and a 6-second length, then inspect the order and pacing. Longer edits cycle through the photos again.
  4. Add a shared title and optional music. For example, use “It’s you, me, us”. One title appears across the montage. The canvas preview is silent; check the exported file to hear an added soundtrack.
  5. Preview, export and check. Keep the page visible during recording. Download the actual MP4 or WebM produced by your browser and play it before posting.
An original two-photo EffectPop export demonstrating the Beat Sync movement. It is a timing example, not the CapCut template or a six-photo couple edit.

Is this the original CapCut template?

No. The CapCut “It’s you, me, us” listing names Editszn and lists six clips in a 9:16 layout. A clip slot does not by itself establish a photo-only workflow. EffectPop offers its own photo montage; it does not import that template, reproduce its exact transitions or supply its original music.

If you need that specific template’s timing or soundtrack, start with the original listing. If you want to arrange your own pictures with manual timing, use the photo workflow above.

Couple photo edit questions

Can I use friends instead of a couple?

Yes. Keep the photo montage for a memory sequence. For a question such as “Who’s most likely to plan the next trip?”, use Friend Reveal and manually choose the friend to reveal. For one still image, use Collage.

Does it automatically find the beats?

No. Photo cuts follow the BPM you enter. It does not analyze the song or locate a particular beat drop. Adjust the tempo and check the export against your music.

What resolution will I get?

A 9:16 video is 540 × 960 pixels at 24 fps. Other choices are 540 × 720 for 3:4 and 540 × 540 for 1:1. This workflow is not a 1080p or 4K upscaler.

Do I need an account or an AI API key?

No. Editing and export run in your browser. The selected photos and soundtrack are not uploaded to EffectPop. Ordinary site analytics and optional advertising are covered in the Privacy Policy.
